Refund Policy

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it and request a refund. You can return any product purchased on https://magiking.net according to the following terms:

  1. Return Authorization:

    • Request a return authorization within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at support@magiking.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    • Include the RMA number with your returned product. Email us the RMA and tracking number once the item is shipped back so we can monitor the return.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • Products must be returned to the address provided within 14 days of receiving the RMA, at your expense.
    • The product must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged) and include all original accessories.
  3. Additional Terms and Conditions:

    • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes (state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable.
    • You must prepay all shipping charges and bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.
  4. Restocking Fee:

    • If the return is made without an authorization or without all original parts and accessories, magiking.net may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 30% of the original price or the value of missing items, whichever is higher.
    • A 30% restocking fee may also apply for products found to be in good condition to cover labor and repackaging costs.
  5. Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
  6. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  7. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
  8. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. Processing times may vary. If issues persist, contact us at support@magiking.net.
  9. Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  10. Exchanges:

    • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@magiking.net for exchange instructions within 14 days of delivery.
  11. Gifts:

    • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
