Refund Policy
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it and request a refund. You can return any product purchased on https://magiking.net according to the following terms:

Return Authorization:
- Request a return authorization within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at support@magiking.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Include the RMA number with your returned product. Email us the RMA and tracking number once the item is shipped back so we can monitor the return.

Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned to the address provided within 14 days of receiving the RMA, at your expense.
- The product must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged) and include all original accessories.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes (state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable.
- You must prepay all shipping charges and bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.

Restocking Fee:
- If the return is made without an authorization or without all original parts and accessories, magiking.net may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 30% of the original price or the value of missing items, whichever is higher.
- A 30% restocking fee may also apply for products found to be in good condition to cover labor and repackaging costs.

Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. Processing times may vary. If issues persist, contact us at support@magiking.net.

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@magiking.net for exchange instructions within 14 days of delivery.

Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
